This is the Shoqwave™ X6 from Blizzard, a 6 head RGBW moving beam LED fixture with 360° rotation and 120° tilt. Each of the 6 mini moving heads are individually controllable for ultra-narrow 5.7° split color beams (with no color mixing), plus use fog to enhance the razor-sharp beams and cover large areas. The Shoqwave™ X6 is controllable with just 7/38-channels of DMX, or simply run them in either auto or sound active modes.
